Day #3517 (Fri., Aug. 23, 2019) – Disney World Day #3

We spent the day around Epcot Center for Disney World Day #3. The highlight was the ride “Soarin” (see photo to the right). You basically take a ski lift around the world. We liked it so much that we stayed in line and rode it for a second time.

We also went on a “Frozen” ride, which was not all that fancy.

The Mexican exhibit had a ride that was really elaborate. Arnesa liked it and we did too. We were thinking of having lunch at the Mexican restaurant but it was too expensive for our budget.

We had lunch at a Chinese restaurant outside the Chinese exhibit in Epcot. My legs were too tired to take me around the lake, so I sat down near the Canadian exhibit, had a beer, and waited for the group to arrive. The beer cost over $7…but it sure was tasty. My wife, who doesn’t like beer, even asked for a drink and agreed. Amazing how the Orlando heat and make a beer taste so good.

As we were leaving the park I saw a store that sells film. Yes, film…the type that you put into a camera. My wife told me that they were planning on shutting it down soon.
