Day #3610 (Sun., Nov. 24, 2019) – Harry Potter Movie
I had Daddy/Daughter Day #87 with Katie today. We went to McDonald’s for lunch, then to the Dollar Store afterwards, but the main attraction was “Harry Potter And The Sorcerer’s Stone”, which was playing at SilverSpot (see photo to the left).
Katie loved the movie. They are going to be showing all the Harry Potter movies next year, and we made plans to go to each of them for Daddy/Daughter Days, but when we got home she told her mother that she wanted them on DVD. The set was on sale on Amazon for $40 instead of $100 so we are getting them for her for Christmas. I’m not sure about the state of seeing the other Harry Potter movies at SilverSpot right now…
While at the Dollar Store this afternoon I picked up one of the Lego “like” cars for $1.00. I gave it to Bobby this evening to play with. We’re thinking of giving these out to the kids who come to his “Lego” Birthday Party in March.
