Day #3927 (Tue., Oct. 6, 2020) – New Bench
I played outside with kids this afternoon. We spent quite a bit of time playing tag with the mini rockets.
You can see our new bench in the photo to the right.
Bobby launched a tennis ball from the ball launcher and Maple caught it in her mouth.
When we went inside (the “no see um” and other bugs really get to me) we played “hide and seek” in Katie’s room.
I helped Bobby with his English homework today as well.
To top it all off, we watched the new Disney movie “Lady and Tramp” (2019 version). Effectively Daddy/Daughter Day #98 and Daddy/Son Day #28. There was hot air popcorn with butter flavoring (we are out of the kettle corn flavoring that the kids love so much). We are also out of gummies, so I gave them each a “bowl of all sorts of things” to enjoy. There was 1/2 donut, 1/2 slide pumpkin bread, and three carmels in each. They washed it down with a glass of milk.
