Day #3941 (Tue., Oct. 20, 2020) – Coconut Shrimp
My wife took the kids to Glenwood this afternoon to play on the swings. They also took the trail to the botanical gardens, which turned out to be a longer journey than they thought. They were really hungry when they got home, but video games took precedence (of course).
The photo to the left shows our new air fryer. My wife made coconut shrimp in it this evening. As it turns out, the kids actually prefer shrimp with no coating.
Tomorrow is “Costume Day” for Bobby at Glenwood. He will be wearing his red “Power Ranger” costume. He has outgrown the Cat Boy costume that he used to wear to bed.
