Day #4095 (Tue., Mar. 23, 2021) – Katie’s New Baseball Glove
Katie’s glove arrives (see photo to the right). She will need to practice catching it. There is an issue with using a tennis ball as Maple will try to grab it. We might need to get a true baseball to actually play catch with. Maple doesn’t bother with anything other than a tennis ball.
I spent some time this afternoon showing Katie how to “break in” her glove. Basically, kneed it while she is on the couch watching television. Once the baseballs arrive we will wrap it up at night as well.
Bobby had a phone call with his classmate Rae Tong this afternoon. They spent a lot of the time texting back and forth. Neither parents were amused.
I printed out the sheet music for “Horse With No Name”. We now need to figure out a drumline for it.
