Day #4179 (Tue., Jun 15, 2021) – Water Slide
I took the kids to Chick-Fil-A near MLK this afternoon. Katie and Bobby got a chance to try out the basket chairs at the nearby apartment complex near the drive-in theater. On the way home I stopped off at Chick-Fil-A again to get a cobb salad with avocado-lime dressing for my wife and a couple of ice creams for the kids.
The water slide works great! (see photo to the left). We put some of the plastic tables we bought at Sam’s Club for parties as a platform. I held the swan at the end of the slide as the kids took turns sliding onto it.
Katie was accepted into Synthesis school today. We are hoping for a 11am Saturday morning time slot, but they need a few more kids to join.
Bobby sure loves that stuffed bunny that Katie gave him the other day. He takes it everywhere with him.
Chapel Hill has decided to not have an online option for kids this school year. My wife is sending emails to determine what we do next.
