Day #4198 (Sun., Jul 4, 2021) – It’s The 4th
Today is July 4th, America’s birthday! Last year there was a parade in Chapel Hill to thank the first responders, but today there was none of that. I did hear the fireworks go off later in the evening, but we as a family pretty well rested today.
My wife employed the kids to help her getting clothes ready for the fall consignment sale. Out came the laptop for tagging (see photo to the left). The kids were not too happy about this for the most part. They would prefer to play Roblox and Minecraft and watch YouTube videos on their iPads.
I toured around the UNC campus today. I started off in Stadium Drive, went past the student union center, past the hospital, and ended up at the basketball stadium.
