Day #4275 (Sun., Sept. 19, 2021) – Roti Rollup
I’ve been making a dish for the kids lately that I call the “Roti Rollup”. It’s basically a roti tortilla with Nutella, peanut butter, and jam. It’s quick and easy to make and the kids love it.
My wife got a periodic table for Katie’s door (see photo to the right).
Bobby and I shred some documents this afternoon. The kids cleaned their bedrooms as well.
They found Gabby Petito’s body this morning. This story has been all over the news since her boyfriend took her van and returned to Florida. Now the boyfriend has gone missing. Sure looks like he’s guilty…
