Day #4385 (Fri., Jan. 7, 2022) – Fabric At Joanne’s

My wife took Katie to Joanne’s this morning to pick up some fabric. They are going to make a skirt together. The sewing machine is on the able next to the piano ready to get to work.

The Ninja Blender, and Katie’s clothes from JC Penney, arrived today. The UPS driver left them at the wrong address, and the lady was away for a few days. At any rate, we have them now. I wonder who will be employed once the robots with their sense of accuracy come to work…

The photo to the left shows the full-length mirror that Katie has in her room now. She has been going out to the end of the hall to see how she looks in what she is wearing. Having one in her bedroom is much more convenient.

We are currently making plans to visit Ocracoke this summer. It will be nice to travel again. They say that omicron will have died down by then, but let’s hope that another version does not rear it’s head… My wife and I have not been back there since Katie was born.
