Day #4406 (Fri., Jan. 28, 2022) – Protein Bars
I picked up Bobby at 2:35 this afternoon. I arrived in the line at 1:50 pm and there was only one other car ahead of me. I looked behind me at 2:08 pm and there were about 10 cars behind me.
When we got home I gave Bobby some chocolate milk and a donut, and we watched Spiderman vs. Cars via YouTube on the television in the living room.
Katie was complaining that she was hungry towards the end of the day at school, so I picked her up some Protein Bars when I was at Trader Joe’s the other day (see photo to the right). Protein is known to help you curb those hunger pains longer. I was not happy today to learn that Murren and another girl took this bar from Katie and shared it between themselves. Katie didn’t seem to upset about it, but I don’t feel like feeding other students’ lunch!
Katie’s math teacher was giving out Hershey kisses today. He mentioned that Katie can’t get one since she has not been in his class for two months yet, but he would give her one as she had a cool headband.
