Day #4493 (Mon., Apr. 25, 2022) – Treehouse

On the drive to Glenwood this morning Bobby told me about how there are only four people at each table in his classrooms and they rotate the kids around so that they will be able to get to know the rest of the students.

This afternoon, when we got home, Bobby asked for another dish of the cherry vanilla ice cream that I gave him last night.  He really likes it so it looks like it’s going to be a regular thing in our house from now on.  He munched away on a bowl while we watched a YouTube video about robots that you can currently purchase.

The photo to the right shows some of Katie’s art on the iPad.

There is no more drama club for Katie from now on.  The drawback to this is that my wife has to fight the traffic as she gets out with the rest of the students after school now.  Drama club kept them there for a couple of hours more, so there was no school traffic later on in the day.

Bobby was fussy during violin class this evening.  At one point he started to cry so the teacher knew that it was time to wrap it up.  He didn’t get his iPad tonight as a result, but my wife did let him finish off the container of cherry vanilla ice cream.

This evening Katie and I threw some hoops in the front yard.  She has been talking about getting a treehouse, but I had to inform her of the complexities and cost.  Beyond that we would probably even need to get an inspection of another dwelling on our property.
