I drove to Chick-Fil-A and picked up a couple of kids meals (Katie wanted to join us) and we watched the movie “Journey2: The Mysterious Island” together. “The Rock” is in this movie. The initial plan was to watch it in the living room, but we don’t have HBOMax on this TV, so we went to my bedroom to watch it together.
The kids snuggled up on the bed together, ate their Chick-Fil-A, and enjoyed the show (see photo to the left). Bobby really enjoyed the movie! I judge whether he enjoys a show or not by whether he watches it to the very end, which he did. Towards the end of the movie I gave them some Pixy Sticks to munch on.
