Day #4758 (Sun., Jan. 15, 2023) – Sky Zone Trampoline Park
It’s Lucia’s Birthday Party today, so I took Bobby to the Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Durham to meet with her and the other guests. Lucia was the only person that Bobby knew. I guess she didn’t invite any of her other classmates.
They had a great time. Bobby was so thirsty afterwards that he drank two bottles of water. There was a room to just jump on trampolines, another to jump into this pool of foam cubes, and yet another where they played a version of trampoline dodgeball. You can see Bobby jumping around into the foam cubes in the photo to the left.
After jumping about everyone retired to a room upstairs to have pizza and cupcakes. Bobby had two slices of pizza and two cupcakes. When were were leaving I jokingly asked Bobby if he was hungry and he said that he was!!! Surprise, Surprise!!! So, we ended up at McDonald’s where he could get his favorite these days, the “Two Cheeseburger Combo Meal”. We also picked one up for Katie.
While we were away my wife took Katie to South Point to drop off the various toys and such with the “tagger” (who will be tagging the items at the consignment sale. They then went shopping and were actually home by the time Bobby and I got back from the trampoline park.
