Day #4857 (Mon., Apr. 24, 2023) – Wild Strawberries
I dropped Bobby off at Glenwood this morning. On the way we talked about the Jurassic Park movie, which Bobby said was “okay”, but not one of his favorites. He favors mystery and magic type movies, like the “Upside Down Magic” movie we saw the other day.
According to the tests they did on my bloodwork, here are some of the things that I’m allergic to:
- Common Silver Birch
- White Oak
- Hickory Pecan
- Cat Dander
Katie slept till 10:30 am today. Not feeling well, she stayed home from school. We were thinking that she would miss horseback riding this afternoon as well, but the class was cancelled.
I picked Bobby up at the bus stop this afternoon. I downloaded an app to help me determine where Bobby’s bus is. It was 15 minutes late today as the bus driver had problems getting her car started. This app should help predict when I need to pick him up.
Once Bobby got off the bus he noticed that there were some wild strawberries growing in the grass just beyond the curb (see photo to the right). We were thinking that Katie and he might like to go back and pick some, but they tasted terrible!
