Day #4859 (Wed., Apr. 26, 2023) – Glenwood STEM Night
I dropped Bobby off at Glenwood this morning and pretty well came back home and went to bed. Maybe there is a new allergen cropping up. I felt good for a few days, but now I’m back to being tired. I have an appointment with the allergist in a few weeks so hopefully they can pinpoint what is actually going on.
Katie is still sick, and is home today. She did muster up enough energy to go strawberry picking with her mother, and to walk the dog. We might need to take her to the doctor to test for strep.
The photo to the right shows the new “art display” that our neighbor put up outside his house. He runs an art gallery and I guess he wanted a bit of “the office” at his home.
I was still feeling tired this afternoon so my wife went to pick Bobby up at the bus stop. He enjoyed playing with Ethan on the iPad when he got home and “pretending” to throw the tennis ball to the dog. He told me that he had a corn dog for lunch today. Unfortunately he doesn’t like the ones that we pick up at Aldi and Trader Joe’s and make for him at home.
Ethan was sick, but it looks like he’s feeling better now. He has a birthday party at Umstead Park this weekend, so it looks like it’s a go. Hopefully it won’t rain…
My wife took Bobby to a STEM (“science, technology, engineering and mathematics”) night tonight at Glenwood.
