Day #4913 (Mon., June 19, 2023) – Master Chang’s Martial Arts Camp
It’s Juneteenth Day here in the US so the stock market is closed.
Today is also the first day of Master Chang’s Martial Arts Camp for Bobby. You can see him hitting a ball at the gym in the photo to the left. They will be going to various locations, like the Science Museum, Sky Dome, and Marbles. They also had a martial arts lesson today, and tomorrow they will learn about weapons. Did Bobby like the camp? He said it was “decent” but didn’t like all the yelling. It’s no Spence’s Farm.
Katie made toast this morning. I went to Harris Teeter and got some peanut butter as we were out.
I took Katie horseback riding this afternoon while Bobby was at camp. It was raining “cats & dogs”, so Katie was the only student there and she had the instructor to herself. The rain didn’t seem to help out with the flies issue though…they still were all over me.
