Day #5041 (Wed., Oct. 25, 2023) – Cat Drawings
I was getting ready to take Bobby to school this morning when my wife told me that he was not feeling well. So, he’s home again today. My wife took him to the doctor this morning to see what the matter is, but the results were not conclusive.
Take a look at the kitties that Katie drew in the photo to the right. My wife and Katie like the white cat drawing while I prefer the black kitty in the bottom right. Both are quite well done though.
This afternoon I made Bobby a PB&J sandwich. He mentioned that he prefers strawberry jam to grape jelly. I put a few blueberries on the plate as a garnish as well. He’s been drinking a lot of milk as of late. He hard ever drinks Capisun or Gatorade anymore.
Bobby did a lot of Chinese homework today. It looks like he needs to stay home from school to get a lot of homework done. Go figure.
Katie came rushing up to me after school today to tell me that the guidance counsellor came up to her asking if she could meet with her and Cecily to resolve the issue. Katie responded that there was no need to as she is not her therapist. Good girl. I’m glad to see that she is not getting dragged into that mess…
I went to Aldi this evening for groceries. Katie likes the rainbow pasta I picked up the other day, but I’m not exactly sure the store that I bought it in. It is not at Aldi. I did get some chips for her and some snacks for Bobby though.
