Day #5074 (Mon., Nov. 27, 2023) – Antibiotics x 3!
Both Katie and Bobby are home sick today! They have joined dad into the “Antibiotics Club”. Only my wife is not on antibiotics! Quite the adventure…
The photo to the right shows our Christmas setup this year, equipped with tree, stockings, and “fake fireplace”.
Bobby had diarrhea last night, or he might have gone to school today. He was sick in the morning, but by the time afternoon rolled around he was full of energy and jumping around and tormenting everyone. Ethan is home from school as well as he hurt his toe, so they played online games today as well. Kind of like a weekend day in some respects for those two.
I’m getting better I think, but I still have my persistent cough. I have today and tomorrow left on my round of antibiotics and it’s anyone’s guess if they will totally kill off this “Thing” I have. If not, what antibiotics are stronger than amoxicillin for the next round?
Even though the kids realize the truth behind the “Elf On The Shelf”, they still are enjoying moving it around for each other to find and relocate. You can see the elf resting in a stocking in the photo to the left.
