Day #5121 (Sat., Jan. 13, 2024) – Ayra & Ensar
My wife took Katie and Bobby to viola/violin class this morning. They went to ice skating lessons after that and met up with Leah (see photo to the right).
Arnesa and Dzenen are going to an office party this evening so they dropped their two children, Ayra and Ensar, off at our place to take care of them. My wife made sure that Bobby had a nap so that he would be well rested when they arrived. My wife read some Dr. Seuss books to them all, amongst other things. Interesting note, it was Dr. Seuss who first coined the term “nerd”. He used it in one of his books.
This evening the Miami Dolphins travelled to Kansas City to play the Chiefs for their “wildcard” matchup. It was one cold game, in fact one of the coldest playoff games in history. Taylor Swift was in the stands to see her boyfriend Travis Kelcey play. At one point they showed her scraping the ice from her nice warm luxury suite.
