Day #5164 (Sun., Feb. 25, 2024) – Elle Fanning Drawing?
My back is bothering me so I slept in till after noon. When I got up, Bobby was going to bed for a nap, and then my wife. I went to Panera Bread for a cup of coffee and told Katie to text me when Bobby got up as I would stop by McDonalds and bring him dinner. Well, he slept till almost 5 pm!
I was thinking of stopping by Walgreens to pick up a die-cast vehicle for Bobby, but my wife was concerned that if I bought him something to play with this would discourage him from going to school tomorrow, morning, so I didn’t. Apparently he expressed a desire to get a jeep during his last “outing” to get a vehicle, so I think I’ll get him either a jeep or a truck next time!
It was getting rather late, and I had the “feeling” that Bobby was going to get up soon, so I went to McDonald’s on Franklin Street for his favorite, a “2 cheeseburger meal” with an ice cream cone. I also picked up the same for Katie. Speaking of Katie, take a look at the drawing she did this morning (see photo to the left). I think it kinda looks like Elle Fanning.
I was thinking of watching the Netflix movie “Leave the World Behind” with Julia Roberts with Bobby this evening. Katie and I watched it a while back and thought that Bobby would like it. Katie suggested that I tell him it was a “Horror” movie and he would love it… 🙂 Alas, he was playing online with Ethan for a lot of the time once he woke up from his nap. Some other time…
