Day #5165 (Mon., Feb. 26, 2024) – Sleep Less?
Both kids are home sick today. Even my wife is starting to get sick. Daddy? Guess I’m next…
Maple and I were on the couch this afternoon and happened to see Batman coming through the woods to the basement. Maple got all excited and you know she had to go to the top of the stairs to greet him… 🙂
Bobby had a t-shirt on today that said “Sleep Less and Play More” (see photo to the left). I was joking around with him that “Sleep Less” was a dirty word… 🙂
Miss Patricia thinks that Katie and Bobby are both very gifted musically. We’re not sure where this comes from? Perhaps from my wife’s side as her grandfather was an opera singer. I do play guitar a bit, but I have never been called “magically gifted”. I was telling Katie that I would have loved to have my teacher say that about me. She was telling me that she doesn’t like being called that as it embarrassed her.
There was a big red moon out side this evening (see photo to the right). Katie was out on the swing and came in and told us about it. We all then went out to take a look.
Bobby and I are back to solving the Rubik’s Cube again…
