Day #5178 (Sun., Mar. 10, 2024) – Flying To Comox
We flew out to Comox early this morning. Here are a few notes about what happened today:
Arnesa bought some new shoes for Bobby.
Dzenen took the kids to the science museum.
Katie and my wife went to the “Auto Mat” for breakfast in Raleigh airport.
My wife and I had A&W for lunch at Toronto airport while Katie had Starbucks.
The flight to Vancouver from Toronto was on a Boeing 777-300ER (NOTE: There were plenty of empty seats in the back of the plane). The inflight meal was a roast beef sandwich and for a snack, hummus with bread sticks.
On the flight Katie and my wife watched the newly released “Wonka”. I watched a travel show with Eugene Levy.
When we arrived at Comox after 11am, everything was closed. We rented a Toyota RAV4 (see photo to the right).
We are staying at 512 Brooklyn Place, and there was pancake mix in the cupboard so I enjoyed that.
