Day #5480 – (Mon., Jan. 6, 2025) – Meeting Ken
The kids are back to school today! Those Christmas vacations so so fast!
Ken, the guy who installed our automatic gate, came this morning to see what the problem was. He told us that he had to return the first one, and that this one has not been running that long. Ken didn’t know what the problem was, so he said he would look into it some more and get back to us.
Now I know why there are no automatic gate contractors here…they are too finicky! It would be an easier way to make a living as a carpenter or a electrician! If you have to rely on these automatic gate products, and they break down a lot, you would have a lot of unhappy customers!
Katie told us that someone set off the fire alarm at Vanier today! At least she didn’t have to stand outside in the rain! (see photo to the left).
Bobby got some more kinetic sand (see photo to the right), so he’s happy!
I got groceries just before noon today. Today’s list was: spaghetti, drinkable yogurt, sliced cheese, cranberry cheese, orange juice, and of course, two gallons of 2% milk!
The CES Consumer Electronics Show started today and the CEO of NVDA spoke… NVDA was up to an all time high today at $152.16!
