Day #5506 – (Sat., Feb. 1, 2025) – It’s Snowing!
It snowed today. Katie noticed it outside her window around 9am! Bobby took this opportunity to go outside and make snowballs and a tiny little snowman! He even did a bit of Nordic Skiing! Of course Maple took this opportunity to play with her ball (see photo to the right).
Katie is sick, so no skiing lessons today. That’s probably for the best as heaven knows what it’s like on Mount Washington if it is snowing here!
Bobby was playing a surgical game on his VR headset this afternoon. My wife commented on wouldn’t it be interesting if he became a doctor because of it. I joked that she needed to bring a mop up to his room and he accidentally cut an artery!
Well Trump went through on his promise to put tariffs of 25% on Canadian goods this evening! Apparently only 10% on Canadian oil since they need it so much. Prime Minister Trudeau has already promised a response. We’ll see how this pans out!
