Katie went to school today but Bobby is home. Bobby had a long nap this afternoon.

We received Katie’s Canadian passport today! Bobby’s was not even been acknowledged by Canada Post, but we got a note that it was received by Canada post later this afternoon. Bobby’s should be here in a day or two.
Katie enjoys having chicken noodle soup for lunch at Vanier (see photo to the right). I picked her up numerous various cans of it last night at Thrifty Foods. Tim Hortons has a version that she likes.
Katie had another fire alarm while at school today.
So Katie no longer wants to be a professional artist, but that could change… She still wants to go to Vancouver during spring break though. She said that seeing the city gives her hope for the future that there are things better than Courtenay!

I finally found the time to put the Sir Paul McCartney poster they gave us in Mexico City into a proper frame this evening (see photo to the left). It’s amazing that it survived the journey given the fact that they just gave us this poster “as is” and didn’t spend any extra pennies on a container for it…
We got a confirmation of withdrawal from the Emily Carr University art camp this spring. We got a full refund, minus the $35 administration fee. That was a nice chunk of change so it’s nice we are getting it back…
Katie has next Monday and Tuesday off school and she’s very excited about that!
I need to contact the AICPA to get my pension check sent to my RBC bank account.
