Day #461 (Sat., Apr. 9, 2011) – Katie Goes To Bed
Early Morning … I’m trying to work with the folks at Norton and Dell to get my files recovered to my new hard drive. Katie heard me up and started to cry, which woke my wife up and soon we were all up.
The photo to the right shows the latest addition to Katie’s arsenal of toys and things…a toothbrush. She loves to walk around with it in her mouth. She is a big girl now…brushing her teeth like mom and dad.
After a bit of playing and running around (and watching Obie of course), Katie was rubbing her eyes and getting tired. My wife said “Katie it is time for bed”. Katie got up and went to the living room so my wife thought she wanted to play some more. In actuality Katie was getting her sleeping sack which we took off her in the living room. She picked it up and took it to her bedroom. Katie is ready for sleep now… (It never ceases to amaze us as to what she already knows…it takes us by surprise all the time).
